HELPERS is proud to be working with some of the best professionals on the market. In our line of business, the key is establishing a productive working relationship and seamless information flow between our staff and our clients, our partners and the authorities.

Since the launch of HELPERS in 2004, we have managed projects of all shapes and sizes. From relocating a family of two hard-working professionals and five strong-minded kids to finding the right web developer in Kazakhstan, from setting up daily news translation projects for multinational clients to designing and implementing PR and communications campaigns for property developers, from carrying out pre-market entry research projects covering a dozen countries to setting up local business incubators for companies hailing from four continents - the list goes on. The unique design of our company structure and workflow guarantees maximum flexibility while maintaining the same professional quality and efficiency throughout: we work in a well-coordinated system of project leaders, account managers, freelancers, subcontractors and partner organizations.

Projects may vary in subject matter and in magnitude but the recipe for success is always the same: careful but creative planning, meticulous attention to detail, streamlining of resources and procedures, and - most importantly - the right team.

In difficult situations, she will find the niche solution nobody has thought of by going back to the basics and ruthlessly exposing every flaw in our thinking. She has been responsible for business strategy and development for Helpers, as well as for our clients’ enterprises, since the first days of our company’s operation.

Nenad is the common sense man in the team. He always has a simpler, more cost-effective solution to basically any problem people bring to his attention, so he is our clients’ best advisor on how to get value for money. He is our in-house expert on the CEE region’s complex business and cultural structures, and oversees our own and our clients’ market research and sales efforts.

Daniel is the devil’s advocate at Helpers, and since the devil lies in the details, he is involved in working out the implementation of a wide range of projects from operations to PR. He has also been the driving force behind the creation of our translation department, which now functions as a full-fledged unit within our company.

András, with decades of experience as a professor of translation and a practicing translator, may well be the best-qualified translation project manager in this country. He effortlessly juggles jobs ranging from daily news translations to multilingual websites or legal documents. He never loses his cool while also enforcing the utmost quality standards on every member of his diverse team.

Andrea is our expat clients’ single point of contact for assistance with daily errands and problems, property-related issues, bureaucratic and administrative tasks, and more or less anything else. Her job is a balancing act between 24/7 customer support, negotiations with providers and authorities, and keeping up-to-date tabs on happenings in Hungary from the expat’s perspective.

Gergely (or Gergő for short) comes from a background of tour-guiding and interpreting, meaning that he really embodies the Helpers slogan: “We speak your mind.” Fluent in English, French, Hungarian and conversational in a handful of other languages, he handles company formations, licensing and other business launch procedures for clients from every corner of the globe.

As the primary back-office support for our own operations as well as our clients’ businesses, Csilla is in charge of all things administrative – without her efforts, the rest of us would spend our workdays searching for lost invoices, trying in vain to operate a scanner, scratching our heads over spreadsheets, freaking out over missed deadlines, and being disorganized in general.

Zsuzsi is András’s right-hand assistant, who assists him in coordinating translation projects, liaising with translators, editors and clients, keeping tabs on deadlines, maintaining our databases, terminologies and translation memories, and working to keep things running smoothly and efficiently, especially whenever we are working near the ceiling of our capacity.
