Service Packages

• Economy Class
As part of this budget option, we begin by sending you a questionnaire to get the relevant information about you. Then we provide you with all the information you need to get your paperwork sorted out: we direct you to the relevant offices (give you the address, directions and opening hours), provide a checklist of what to take with you, and in general outline all the steps and schedule that you can expect – to save you from any major surprises!

• Business Class
If you’re not comfortable with handling the authorities by yourself, don’t have a clue where to go, worry that you may be mistreated because you’re a foreigner, but still want to follow through the process yourself, this package is for you. After assessing your situation and providing you with a schedule, we accompany you wherever you need to go and help you overcome any problems that may come up on the spot. This package is basically a combination of the Economy Class package and our normal hourly Helpers-service.

• First Class
If you choose this option, you can just relax because we’ll do everything for you - whatever issue or heap of issues you may face. Our helpers will come to you at a time that is convenient to pick up the papers you already have, fill in the forms and take them to the authorities, take a number, stand in line, speak or argue on your behalf – whatever it takes to get your paperwork sorted out. All you have to do is sign a couple of authorizations.
