However, you can leave this construction only at the end of the fiscal year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changes to KIVA tax base calculation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The base of the small business tax is the sum of the following items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the dividend you take<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the balance of the capital changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>personnel related expenses (that usually means the gross salary of your employees)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Even if the first two items are taken as zero, at least your personnel related costs will be considered for the base of KIVA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">KIVA to replace other taxes and contributions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The rate of KIVA is going to be 14%.
