In between, the\nnumber was usually between 6,000 and 7,000 quarterly. The current figure is in\nfact the result of a slow but steady increase since a drop in 2015, when only\n5,600 companies were established in Q3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mind you, there is a standard yearly\nfluctuation to be counted with. Q1 and Q4 are usually more popular, while Q3,\nwhich includes the months of summer vacations, regularly sees fewer company\nsetups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fewer companies liquidated in Q2 2019<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In Q2 2019, the number of company\nliquidations has decreased with 30% compared to Q1, and the smaller fluctuation\nreflects a greater economic stability.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Company formation in Europe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hungary still offers very favorable\nconditions for European company formation as compared to other EU countries. <a href=\"https:\/\/helpers.hu\/fa\/%d8%a7%d9%82%d8%a7%d9%85%d8%aa-%d9%85%d8%ac%d8%a7%d8%b1%d8%b3%d8%aa%d8%a7%d9%86\/tax-alert-2017-hungary-9-corporate-tax-new-allowances\/\">Corporate tax is only 9%<\/a>, which is the lowest in the EU. <a href=\"https:\/\/helpers.hu\/fa\/%d8%ae%d8%af%d9%85%d8%a7%d8%aa-%d9%85%d8%a7%d9%84%db%8c-%d9%88-%d8%ad%d8%b3%d8%a7%d8%a8%d8%af%d8%a7%d8%b1%db%8c\/salaries-and-payroll-taxes-in-h2-2019-hungary\/\">Social contribution tax<\/a> has just been reduced to 17.5% (it is an\nimportant element of both salaries and dividend payments). Company formation\nitself takes only a few workdays, while the company also immediately gets its\nEU VAT number, thanks to which you can do trade within the EU without charging\nVAT.
