They regularly arrange activities for the blind or partially sighted, and now they are inviting everyone to support their work by joining a charity run. The event will take place on the Margaret Island of Budapest, on December 6. This is the day of Santa Clause in Hungary, who is called \u201cMikul\u00e1s\u201d \u2013 that\u2019s why the event is called \u201cMikuL\u00c1SS Run\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The run will consist of one or two laps around the island, depending on how fit you consider yourself. However, if you don\u2019t feel fit enough to run, you are invited to come cheer the runners or donate to their cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this event, Helpers supports not only the L\u00c1SS association, but also <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bagazs.org\/en\/\">BAG\u00e1zs<\/a>, who are working for the social integration of the Romani. The latter association wanted to participate in the event with a group of children, and Helpers provides the means to do so, also arranging for them to get to Budapest and then home again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You should also come! <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Submit your application <a href=\"http:\/\/lassegyesulet.hu\/hirek\/270-iii-jotekponysagi-mikulass-futas\">here<\/a>, and meet us on Margaret Island, in front of the Athletic Center on December 6, before 11:00 a.m. Take your chance to support a good cause and get a little healthier with the Helpers Team.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Helping those in need of help is one of the core values at Helpers.
