While in some European countries a certain percentage of the company must be owned by local legal persons, there is no such restriction in Hungary. Mind you: having business ties to Hungary, contact to or preliminary contracts with local business partners with who you can start a cooperation after your business is registered can ease your way in bureaucracy, e.g. in bank account opening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Have as many shareholders as you want<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The number of\nshareholders of a Hungarian company is not limited, so you can set up a company\neither on your own, or together with your business partners \u2013 however it best\nmatches your business goals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Have as many activities as you want<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you operate\na Hungarian company, you can perform only activities registered for it in the\ncompany registry. You can select as many activities as you want from a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ksh.hu\/docs\/osztalyozasok\/teaor\/teaor_structure.pdf\">unified list of possible activities<\/a>, and these do not even have to be related in case your business entails\na diverse range of activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Central location in the EU<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hungary is\nlocated in the middle of Europe.
