How do I apply?

Just write us a letter, and we will take you through the whole procedure. The main point of this venture is a EUR 250,000 investment into Hungarian government bonds, sometimes also referred to as Hungarian residency bonds. This is not a purchase, but an investment for five years, at the end of which you get back the full sum. No catches, no risks – the Hungarian government guarantees your money is safe. The only price you have to pay is the EUR 40,000 government processing fee.

What do I get for my money?

While you invest EUR 250,000, the real price of the program is the EUR 40,000 processing fee. For this, you get a Hungarian permanent resident permit (the “investment visa”) for yourself and your family (spouse and underage children), which is as good as a passport to all countries of the Schengen visa zone. Moreover, you get full VIP service throughout the whole application process, including liaising with the investment agency, lawyers and authorities.

When should I apply?

Apply now! Parliament is currently discussing the raise of the package price, increasing the face value of the investment to EUR 300,000 and the processing fee to EUR 60,000 starting from 2015. Apply now, and save EUR 70,000!
