Our most popular services and all-inclusive packages are the following:

1. Company formation – start-up and year-one package

This package includes everything that is legally required for setting up and maintaining a Hungarian company:

  • company formation (company registration in person or via POA)
  • company registration tax
  • local and international VAT number
  • bank account assistance
  • documentation in Hungarian and English (other languages available at extra cost)
  • central Budapest address and registered office for one year
  • mail handling and forwarding for one year
  • start‐up accountancy (initial reporting towards authorities)
  • personal tax number and social security number for the director
  • chamber of commerce registration (incl. membership fee)

Time frame: registration complete within 4-5 days of signing

Additional costs to be expected: accountancy and bookkeeping (starting from EUR 100/mo., based on the company’s activity and business volume); permits and licenses (if applicable); travel to Hungary (at least one visit is required for bank account opening);

2. Residency through business ownership – year-one package

One of our most popular products, this package includes the start-up and year-one fees of a local company, as well as everything that is required for the director’s residency application:

  • company incorporation (incl. bank account assistance, VAT registration, all requirements)
  • registered office (one year; including mail handling and forwarding)
  • business plan for the purposes of residency application (based on client input)
  • tax number and social security number for the applicant (company director)
  • housing search (finding suitable accommodation for residency)
  • residency application (compiling the file for submission)
  • business invitation letter (certified by the immigration authority)

Time frame: company registration in 4-5 days after signing; residency application 1-3 months

Additional costs to be expected: accountancy and bookkeeping (see above); any market research, office or warehouse, staff or other investment needed for the business; rent or purchase of a house or apartment; travel to Hungary (at least one visit is required for bank account opening); application fee and cost of various documents and translations (approx. EUR 100-200)

3. Accounting and Finance

We provide accountancy and bookkeeping, together with payroll administration, year-end reporting, and consultation on international taxation and social security payments. 4. Relocation services for families

By starting and running a local company, all nationalities become eligible for residency in Hungary based on their role as director in their business. If the director wishes to relocate to Hungary along with his wife/her husband and their children, we can offer a comprehensive service package for  the family, including resident permits for all members as well as all types of assistance to make the transition easier. 5. On-going support and additional services

Among others, we routinely offer assistance with secretarial services, licensing, market research, partner search, recruitment, business networking, financial planning, and investment facilitation. For our clients’ businesses, we can provide and set up a small serviced office or on-call meeting / work space, or help them set up their own facilities if required. 6. Investment immigration program

7. Real Estate Residency

Open a company, purchase real estate worth at least EUR 200,000 to rent out, and get Hungarian residency for yourself and your family based on the operation of the company, since renting real estate provides a steady income.

  • Investment: purchase of at least two apartments, ca. EUR 200,000 in total
  • Company setup and one year maintenance, administration, legal and personal assistance by Helpers: 10% of the purchase price
