Hizmetlerimiz, yatırımın değeri, yasal ve lisans sürecinin karmaşıklığına göre fiyatlandırılmaktadır.
En önemlisi, bir anlaşma sonuçlanıp imzalanana kadar hiçbir ödeme yapmazsınız – ve taahhütte bulunmadan önce toplam maliyeti sizin için hesaplarız.

Ticari Gayrimenkul
Maliyetleriniz aşağıdaki kalemlerden oluşacaktır:
- Başarı ücreti (yalnızca bir anlaşma sonuçlanırsa ödenir): Yatırımın %1-3’ü
- Hukuki ücretler: Yatırımın en fazla %1’i
- Kayıt vergisi: Yatırımın %4’ü
- Satın alma lisansları ve belgeler: 200 EUR (+KDV)
Merkezi bir konumda bir binanın tamamını satın almak, prestijli ve kârlı bir yatırım olabilir. Bu tür tekliflerin çoğu, halihazırda kiracılarla birlikte veya genişletme ya da yeniden inşa planlarıyla sunulmaktadır. İhtiyaç duymanız halinde, satın alma sonrasında bu yatırımı işletme ve yönetme konusunda da size yardımcı olabiliriz.
Ofis Alanları
Özellikle ortalamanın üzerinde olan (A+, A veya B sınıfı) ofis alanlarına ve tüm binalara odaklanıyoruz. Tercihimiz, kiracıların halihazırda bulunduğu ve satıştan sonra yeni mülk sahibine bağlı olarak kalmaya devam edecek ofislerden yanadır.
Oteller ve Restoranlar
Portföyümüzde, küçük butik otellerden büyük ve prestijli tesislere kadar farklı boyut ve kategorilerde oteller sunuyoruz. Ayrıca, çalışmakta olan ve başarılı restoranlar ve kafeler ile başlangıç aşamasında olan işletmelerden oluşan seçeneklerimiz de bulunmaktadır.

I was recently approved for simplified naturalization. I could not have done this without Mercedesz. She was able to locate my great grandparent’s birth certificates in Hungary, completed the application, arranged for official translation of my documents, and provided support along the way. I highly recommend working with this company and not attempting to do this on your own. It is an overwhelming experience and it is important that everything is completed accurately. The flat fee was very reasonable for the work they did. The entire process from start to finish was about 3 years. Mercedesz was there to help me at every step of the way.

I’m writing this review because the lawyer I spoke with before helpers (who is high up in the google search results) wanted 150 euro before he would say a word to me about my Hungarian visa issues.
By contrast, Helpers were kind, attentive and extremely fair. Anna is an excellent and sharp advocate, she helped me quickly and effectively, and I can’t recommend Helpers enough. (In retrospect, I guess I shouldn’t be so surprised to find an idealistic and capable firm when of all the names available, they chose the name Helpers.)

I highly recommend working with Helpers Hungary on your citizenship application! My process was handled flawlessly from start to finish; whatever questions I had were answered thoroughly and quickly, and I felt fully supported from the initial consultation through to the consulate interview prep meeting. I worked with Zsófia, Benedek, and Mercédesz – all three were professional and wonderful. If you’re on the fence about filing these documents yourself, just hire HH – they make the whole thing painless and easy. (The total time it took from my finding their business online, to getting my citizenship, was 15 months.) Worth every penny!
