1. Start-up package: EUR 1,190 (+VAT)

This contains all the essentials for registering your company, so you can rest assured everything will be taken care of, and you can start operation as soon as you want to do so. Registration can be done with a power of attorney, so you have to visit Hungary only for the company bank account opening.

The package includes:

• company formation (company registration in person or via POA)
• company registration tax
• local and international VAT number
• bank account opening
• documentation in Hungarian and English
• start-up accountancy (initial reporting towards authorities)
• personal tax number and social security number for the director
• chamber of commerce registration (incl. membership fee for the first year)

2. Start-up + registered office package: EUR 1,590 (+VAT)

All Hungarian companies are required to have a registered seat. Authorities address official letters here, so you need competent personnel who can receive even certified mail on your behalf.

In addition to everything in the “start-up package”, you get the following:

• registered office for one year (prestigious business address next to Parliament)
• mail forwarding for one year: we collect your incoming mail and forward it to the address you indicate

3. Start-up + virtual office package: EUR 1,990 (+VAT)

It is essential for authorities to be able to contact you at your registered seat. However, it is also vital that you act upon the instructions you receive from authorities. If you do not want to rent an office and hire a secretary only for that purpose, our virtual office service is ideal for you – especially over the first period of your operation.

In addition to everything in the “start-up + registered office package”, you get the following:

• comprehensive mail forwarding and back office for one year: we collect your incoming mail, open it, then forward it to your accountant, or, if necessary, prepare a short summary for you in English, complete with instructions on what (if any) action you need to take.

4. Premium start-up + virtual office package: EUR 2,490 (+VAT)

Now that your company is registered, you have taken care of your registered seat, and there is even a skilled secretary to handle your mail, you can start focusing on making profit. As your company grows, you will be able to add more functions and products, and you can easily make your customers see the advantages of your products.

In addition to everything in the start-up + virtual office package, you get the following:

• web page set-up: we register a local .hu domain for one year and create a simple website for your Hungarian company, complete with a short introduction and contact data, company email addresses and your own logo.
