In 2012, a Hungarian immigration program was started, which included granting permanent resident permit to businessmen based on the interest of the economy at large. That means that in exchange for a major investment into Hungarian residency bonds (often referred to as “Hungarian residency bonds”), investors get resident permits for themselves and their families. The Hungarian permanent resident permit grants them free movement within the Schengen zone in Europe, which makes this package an ideal offer for businessmen wanting to relocate to Europe.
In the current setup of the Hungarian immigration program, the investment sum is EUR 250,000, which is transferred to an investment agency appointed and vouched for by the Hungarian government. This way the investment is absolutely safe. There are no risks: after 5 years, the total amount is reimbursed to your account. You get no interest, but you get Hungarian permanent residents for yourself and your family (spouse and underage children), which is even more valuable.
This immigration program goes with a EUR 40,000 government processing fee, which covers for the relevant expenses, including the cost of administration, the charge of lawyers, and full VIP service in order to make the process smooth and easy for you. However, the processing fee does NOT include the costs of travel, insurance or accommodation.
Immigrate to Hungary with your family, and enjoy all the advantages of a Hungarian permanent resident permit! For more information on the Hungarian immigration program, click here.
Please note: Hungarian parliament is currently debating a raise of the face value of the residency bonds starting from 2015. If the proposal is accepted, the investment sum will probably be raised to EUR 300,000 (and the processing fee could also be raised to EUR 60,000).
