Gracias a nuestra red de contactos, nuestros clientes tienen acceso a oportunidades que se dan a conocer «boca a boca» y no están disponibles en ningún otro lugar. Al contrario que las agencias inmobiliarias, nosotros evaluamos las oportunidades imparcialmente y pensando en los intereses de nuestros clientes, así que solo le ofreceremos una oportunidad si resulta interesante y lucrativa.

Nuestros precios dependen del importe de la inversión y de la complejidad de las licencias y trámites administrativos necesarios.
Por si todo esto fuera poco, no tendrá que pagar nada hasta que se formalice el contrato de compraventa, y antes de hacerlo calcularemos el coste total para que dé su visto bueno.

Inmuebles comerciales
El desglose de costes es el siguiente:
- Honorarios (pagaderos tras la formalización de la compraventa): Entre un 1% y un 3% del importe de la inversión
- Costes administrativos: hasta un 1% del importe de la inversión
- Inscripción en el registro de la propiedad: 4% del importe de la inversión
- Adquisición de licencias y documentos: 200 EUR (+IVA)
Adquirir un edificio entero en un lugar céntrico puede ser una inversión rentable y de prestigio. Además, muchas de estas propiedades ya tienen inquilinos o cuentan con planes de expansión o reforma. Si lo necesita, podemos ayudarle a administrar y gestionar su inversión después de la compra.
Oficinas
Nuestra especialidad son las oficinas de categoría superior (A+, A y B) y los edificios completos, especialmente aquellos cuyos inquilinos están dispuestos a seguir alquilando el espacio después de la compraventa.
Hoteles y restaurantes
Nuestra cartera de propiedades incluye hoteles de distintos tamaños y categorías, desde pequeños «hoteles boutique» a grandes establecimientos de prestigio. Los restaurantes y cafeterías son otra opción interesante; podemos ofrecerle tanto negocios de nueva creación como locales establecidos y de éxito demostrado.

I’m writing this review because the lawyer I spoke with before helpers (who is high up in the google search results) wanted 150 euro before he would say a word to me about my Hungarian visa issues.
By contrast, Helpers were kind, attentive and extremely fair. Anna is an excellent and sharp advocate, she helped me quickly and effectively, and I can’t recommend Helpers enough. (In retrospect, I guess I shouldn’t be so surprised to find an idealistic and capable firm when of all the names available, they chose the name Helpers.)
