Sales Project Manager
What will your responsibilities be?
- Selling our services through online and in-person meetings, replying to inquiries, and preparing quotations.
- Managing client relationships and contracts.
- Coordinating with external experts on client projects.
- Planning projects, preparing budgets, and advising clients on related matters. Monitoring project progress and addressing roadblocks.
- Holding regular check-ins or stand-up meetings with the team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Following the company’s sales targets and monitoring of key sales KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline growth, revenue impact)
- Actively contributing to business development and expanding our client base.
- Providing regular updates to management regarding business development projects. Preparing data-driven reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales projects.
- Supporting business and workflow development for Helpers Hungary by improving existing services and proposing new ones based on client feedback.
- Identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to streamline sales operations.
- Assisting the regular update of internal policies and process documentation.
- Overseeing the execution, analysis, and optimization of jointly defined marketing plans.
- Making recommendations and suggesting improvements for advertisements and communication campaigns.

What kind of person are we looking for?
- Fluent in both English and Hungarian (both written and spoken; this is essential).
- Available to start immediately (ideally; may be negotiated).
- Independent, detail-oriented, and has strong problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in B2C sales.
- Experienced in project management.
- For extra points: experienced with CRM software, with B2C sales or client management in the US market, or with immigration consultancy.
