Helpers is hiring – Marketing Specialist (part-time)

We are looking for a colleague to join our team for the position of Marketing Specialist on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). The position is available from the beginning of mid-June.

HELPERS Hungary Kft has over 20 years of experience and a dynamic team of 30, playing a leading role in business and immigration services in Hungary.

We are currently seeking a new member for our Marketing team, where our colleagues work to ensure that Helpers” online and offline advertisements reach our potential clients as widely as possible.

What tasks can you expect if you join our team?

  • Participate actively in developing marketing strategies, proactively bringing new ideas, campaign concepts, and improvement suggestions to the table. Coordinate execution and ensure adherence to campaign schedules.
  • Take ownership of marketing projects from idea generation through briefing, coordination, and implementation; this is a hands-on role requiring initiative and independent thinking.
  • Create clear creative briefs and coordinate with external suppliers (graphic designers, web developers, printers, etc.), overseeing workflows and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure all offline marketing materials align with the Helpers brand identity and visual guidelines.
  • Manage the design and production of graphic content ranging from business cards and brochures to other marketing assets. Experience with independent graphic design and implementation is a strong advantage.
  • Prepare marketing materials for print production and maintain continuous communication with suppliers throughout the ordering and production process.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate online marketing campaigns, and proactively recommend optimizations based on performance.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and industry developments, and translate insights into actionable marketing ideas and opportunities.
  • Work independently and proactively; this is not a role where every task is predefined. We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking initiative, pushing projects forward, and identifying opportunities without needing constant direction.

Even during your probation period (after orientation), you can work from home four days a week. Come in one day a week to familiarize yourself with the products you will be advertising and to discuss any arising needs in person.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in coordinating marketing projects, assembling briefs and brand kits.
  • Experience in the agency field is an advantage.
  • The main objective of this position is effective and proactive coordination of our marketing campaigns and projects, with special focus on graphic design (brand image, brochures) and our several web sites (keeping deadlines, negotiating and liaising with subcontractors etc.). Social media campaigns are not a priority for us, so please do not apply if that is your main focus.
  • Our ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a good eye for detail, and an affinity for design.
  • Be available five days a week, in the morning/afternoon.
  • Our working language is English, so active, fluent English and Hungarian language skills are essential.
  • We are looking for an experienced colleague who can work independently and proactively with strong project management skills.
