We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week).
HELPERS Hungary Kft is a leading provider of business and immigration services in Hungary, with over 20 years of experience and a dynamic team of more than 25 colleagues.
We are currently expanding our Marketing team, where our colleagues work to ensure that Helpers’ online and offline marketing activities reach the widest possible audience of potential clients.
What will your responsibilities be if you join our team?
- Participating in the development of marketing strategy, coordinating implementation, and ensuring campaign timelines are met
- Liaising with external partners (graphic designers, web developers, etc.), coordinating and monitoring workflows
- Ensuring that all offline marketing materials are aligned with Helpers’ brand identity and guidelines
- Managing the design and production of graphic materials, from business cards to full catalogs
(Experience in hands-on graphic design and execution is an advantage)
- Preparing marketing materials for print and maintaining continuous communication with suppliers throughout the ordering process
- Monitoring competitors and market trends

After the onboarding period, you may work from home 2 days per week. Personal presence in the office is important to become familiar with the products you will be promoting and to coordinate needs in person.
Who are we looking for?
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in coordinating marketing projects, preparing briefs, and compiling brand kits
- The primary goal of this position is the effective coordination of marketing campaigns and projects, with a strong focus on graphic design (brand image, brochures) and the management of multiple websites (deadline tracking, negotiations, and cooperation with subcontractors, etc.)
As social media campaigns are not a priority for us, please do not apply if this is your main area of interest.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and an affinity for planning and design
- Availability five days per week, either in the morning or in the afternoon
- Our working language is English, therefore, fluent English is a must, Hungarian is an advantage
- We are looking for an experienced, proactive professional who can work independently
